You bunch of animals....

So I went to the zoo today and I saw you guys:

A chameleon (not the racial or sexual orientation kind, but the normal kind)

A diana monkey (which didn't really look like Diana)

A snake (that was Widian.... ok, just kidding)

Some jaguars or something that were liking each other behind the ears, which at first I thought was weird because I thought, why don't you just lick your own fur if it needs licking?, but then I thought maybe they couldn't lick behind their own ears, because their tongues don't reach there, so they were helping each other, which maybe we did this summer to each other in a way involving less saliva.

And then there was this cow-like animal that had really ginormous horns which were supposedly to help keep it cool, which I thought the zookeepers probably made up because that doesn't really make sense. How can horns keep you cool? That had nothing to do with you, but it was interesting nonetheless.

Then there were lots of other monkeys, which I hope you see are a lot like high school students. Or the lions, who were just sitting around lazily.

And then I was in a movie later and I'm pretty sure the actress said 'you and me' when she should have said 'you and I', and even if I was wrong, the fact that I even noticed was definitely Beard's fault.

Well, that's basically all I have to say. Obviously, you should interpret this blog post to mean that I miss you all kind of a lot. I feel sad and lonley a lot, which you should probably chalk up to your collective and individual awesomeness. Peace, love, prayers, and a lot of good feelings sent across the miles from your favorite Jesus-loving, hand-clapping, temporary Indiana resident!

Love,
Shelly :)
