Popcorn shouldn't be covered in chocolate. It just needs to be a fact of life. It's as odd as it sounds.
Right-o, here we go...I don't know if I've got anything exciting. Recaping is always fun though...
Italy was fabulous. Rome was uber touristy in my opinion. But the Vatican had to be my favorite place. I stood at the alter in St. Peter's and was completely taken back at that fact that I was in Rome standing there seeing all this. Assisi was by far the best part. It was smaller and just so beautiful. One of the days we were there we went to La Maddalena, the church of the lepers. It had to be the coldest day ever. I sat in that church and I'm pretty sure I was shaking due to the freezing temperature. But it was so moving because I was sitting in a place that St. Francis spent with lepers, those who had been outcasted by society. I don't know if I can explain it fully but it was awesome. It was the longest plane ride back though, just in case any of you were wondering. I was never so happy to see the United States in my life.
At this very moment I am enjoying being home. Life has been crazy. Sometimes I feel like it's a song a repeat. I go to class. I go to work. I eat. I do my school work. I sleep. I do it all over again the next day. Most of the time it is a good repeat. Think of your favorite song, that is my life[what is your favorite song, by the way?]. I wish I could say that there was something more exciting going on with school but there's kinda not.
I'm writing a book. Or planning on it atleast. I'll remember you all when I'm famous. Haha. Maybe that is exciting. Who knows...
I think that is all I have. I hope things are great with all of you! I hope your lives aren't too busy and it they are that you take a break every once and a while. Keep being the amazing people that you are because I love you.
All my love,
Mopface
Ps, today is Mary's birthday =]
