Updates, son

Whatup y'all,

I hope all of you lovely people who check this are doing well. I myself have been going through some things with other leaderworx groups of yore, but nothing a little Leaderworx loving can't help me get through. I love all of those who were part of the 2006 and 2007 groups for sure, and of course I love all of you, my 2008 crew who are tried and true, too.

Anywho, all I've been doing for the past few weeks is schoolwork! It's nuts! I really have not had time to stop and just relax...and yet when the death of a friend came along I had to. A friend and former Leaderworxer was taken from this earth back to be with God last wednesday, but I know that right now she is safe. L-worx crews from 2006 and 2007 gathered in the great state of Connecticut to pay their respects, and I was fortunate enough to say goodbye to her as well. It's hard to lose a friend and a mentor much like Rae Marie Stack was, but I think these past few days were a perfect tribute to her life. I'm writing a poem about it now; this blog will be the first to see it.

Other than that it's been schoolwork. I got accepted into the Jesuit Honors Socieity (AMDG baby!) and I've been working on like 4 different papers at once. Christine and I are doing well; we're planning on hanging out this halloween night over at some murder mystery dinners. She's going to be Carmen Sandiego, I'm going to be Rick Astley. Hell, I may Rick Roll the hell out of the muder mystery dinner. One never knows =)

Anyway, that's all from here. Saturday I'm going to be up in Northern Pennsylvania playing a show at Marywood university. If any of you are around you should come by! Doors open at 4 and it's $8 to get in. I love all of you very much and I hope all of you are doing well!
